Sustainability

Sustainability is something we strive for as part of our guiding principles but it can mean any number of things depending on who you talk to. We want to make sustainability approachable for our clients and that means educating them on the choices we can make that make a difference.

Many of our guiding principles come from wanting to achieve sustainability in our work, how we can achieve this and how it can be for the long term.

Our gardens improve our clients lives - We believe that connection with nature leads to happier healthier lives and we design our gardens to create that connection. A connection to the nature has been shown to make people happier, healthier and more include to be kind to the environment.

Our gardens are environmentally sustainable - We make a positive impact on the environment. We guide clients to more sustainable choices in their gardens. We provide clients with options that reduce the impact of their new landscape. From sourcing local products with low embodied energy to environmentally sensitive plant choices.

Our gardens are for life - Our gardens are timeless. A completed project is just the start. We aim to be part of the lifetime growth and development of your garden. We’re not in the business of recreating your garden every 5 years. To us a landscape should be created as a life long project that your are just the custodian of. We support our clients on the journey for the long term with landscape management support and advice.

Our gardens are quality - We only specify and deliver the highest quality materials and work. Build it once to the highest quality you can afford. We would much rather guide clients to a multi stage project that achieves the highest quality available than water down the quality and have to rebuild it in 10 years.

What do you do?

Take a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point. If you sell something, use this space to describe it in detail and tell us why we should make a purchase. Tap into your creativity. You’ve got this.
